St. Joseph’s Church Marks Feast Day with Solemn Celebrations in Idgah Hills, Bhopal

Bhopal, 24 March, 2025 – The faithful of St. Joseph’s Church, Idgah Hills, joyfully celebrated the feast of their patron, Saint Joseph, with deep devotion and festivity on 23 March. The celebration followed a three-day Triduum in honour of St. Joseph, during which various priests delivered inspiring homilies on his life and virtues.  

The solemn veneration of the Holy Cross of the Jubilee Year 2025 was led by the main celebrant, Dr. Fr. Francis Scaria. A reverent procession followed, leading the faithful into the church for the Holy Eucharist.  

During the Mass, Fr. Francis reflected on key moments from St. Joseph’s life, encouraging parishioners to emulate his faith, humility, and obedience to God. Parish priest Fr. Johny and assistant priest Fr. Suresh extended warm greetings to all on this special occasion.

The faithful reverently venerated the statue of St. Joseph and the Holy Cross of the Jubilee Year 2025. The celebration concluded with a grand procession of the Holy Cross, uplifting the parish community with renewed faith and devotion.
