The conclave drew enthusiastic participation from cabinet members representing the districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Harda, and Sehore. The conclave was formally inaugurated by Archbishop A.A.S. Durairaj of Bhopal. In his address, the Archbishop emphasised that true leadership is not measured by personal advancement, but by how far people and institutions under one’s care grow and flourish. He urged the young leaders to remain vigilant and discerning, critically reflecting on the models of leadership they encounter in different spheres of life.

Fr. John P.J., Principal of BSSS College, extended words of welcome to the distinguished gathering. To ensure a focused learning experience, the vast assembly of students was divided into 12 groups, each attending four sessions conducted by different departments of the college. These sessions featured dynamic presentations, interactive discussions, and inspiring inputs, leaving participants deeply enriched and motivated.

A special highlight of the conclave was the electrifying performance by the Rhythm Band Group, whose thunderous musical presentation infused renewed energy and enthusiasm among the young leaders.

Fr. Ronald Vaughan, Education Secretary, conveyed heartfelt thanks to Archbishop Durairaj; Fr. John P.J., Principal; Fr. Jomi, Dean; and Fr. Leo Babu, organising committee member, together with the BSSS faculty, staff, and student volunteers, whose meticulous planning and tireless efforts ensured the success of the historic event.

The School Cabinet Conclave–2025 will be remembered as a day of inspiration, empowerment, and a collective commitment to nurturing leadership that uplifts communities and transforms society.
