National Campus Leaders' Gathering in Pune Charts Vision for Jesus Youth Campus Ministry

Pune, July 04, 2026: More than 100 campus leaders, senior leaders and regional chaplains from across the country participated in the National Campus Leaders' Gathering 2026, organised by the Jesus Youth National Campus Ministry in Pune on June 27 and 28.

The two-day gathering brought together national-level representatives of the Campus Ministry to review its mission, strengthen collaboration and formulate strategic plans for the future of the ministry in India.

Centred on the biblical theme, "If anyone forces you to go one mile, go also the second mile" (Matthew 5:41), the event encouraged participants to renew their commitment to evangelisation on college campuses and to respond generously to the challenges of youth ministry.

Discussions focused on strengthening leadership, fostering greater coordination among regional teams and identifying priorities for the Campus Ministry's outreach across the country.

The organisers acknowledged the support and guidance extended by the Jesus Youth National Council, Regional Councils and senior leaders, attributing the successful conduct of the gathering to their encouragement and prayers.

The National Campus Ministry also appealed to the faithful to continue praying for its mission of accompanying and serving young people on campuses throughout India.
