Karnataka, May 5, 2026: In an increasingly competitive world, choosing the right path after SSLC can shape not just a career, but a future. For students seeking a practical, industry-oriented education with assured opportunities, the Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC) presents a promising gateway through its Professional Diploma programmes for the academic year 2026–27.

The Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC) is inviting applications for its AICTE-approved programmes designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. With a strong emphasis on skill development and hands-on training, GTTC prepares students to meet the evolving demands of modern industries.

One of the key highlights of the programme is its 100% job placement guarantee, offering students a clear pathway from education to employment. The curriculum is structured to ensure 70% practical learning and 30% theory, enabling students to gain real-world experience alongside academic knowledge.

In addition to its industry-focused approach, GTTC offers global exposure aligned with international standards, equipping students with skills that are relevant beyond local markets. Students also benefit from lateral entry opportunities, allowing direct admission into the second year of B.E./B.Tech programmes.

Financial support is also available for eligible students. Under the KCCDC ‘Arivu’ scheme, eligible Christian students can apply for an interest-free loan ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 per year, subject to government approval.

The last date to apply is May 10, 2026. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website: gttc.karnataka.gov.in. For further assistance, applicants may contact the helpline numbers 155267 or 9880889998.
