Empowering Faith, Inspiring Leaders: Poster for Telugu Regional Youth Leaders Training Unveiled

Hyderabad, August 10, 2025: On the occasion of National Youth Sunday, His Eminence Cardinal Poola Anthony, Archbishop of Hyderabad, officially unveiled the poster for the upcoming Telugu Regional Leaders Training Programme for Youth.

Organised by the TCBC Commission for Youth in collaboration with the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Telugu Region, this landmark initiative seeks to equip regional and diocesan youth leaders with essential skills, values, and formation in leadership, spirituality, and service.

The unveiling ceremony drew notable figures, including Fr. Sleeva Raju SDB, Regional Youth Director; Mr. Raju Challagali, Regional Youth President; Ms. Manisha, Regional Youth Secretary; Mr. Kalyan, NEXCo Member; and Ms. Regina, former NEXCo member. Enthusiastic youth representatives from the Archdiocese of Hyderabad were also present, reflecting a shared mission to inspire, mentor, and nurture the next generation of leaders.

Set to take place on 27–28 September 2025 at BIRDY, Hyderabad, the Regional Leaders Training Programme promises an intensive and impactful formation experience. Participants will engage in sessions designed to strengthen faith-based leadership, foster teamwork, and deepen their commitment to serving the Church and society.

Speaking at the event, organisers emphasised that the programme is not just about leadership skills, but about shaping leaders who will guide with integrity, compassion, and a Christ-centred vision for the future. The synergy between the TCBC Commission for Youth and ICYM underscores a united effort to form young leaders capable of responding to the spiritual and social needs of their communities.
