Day 28 of 40: Daily Encounters with Jesus

Mar 21, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.

Today Jesus reminds us through St. Faustina’s Diary that trust in Him brings deep peace to the soul (Diary, 1487). Often, we try to carry our burdens alone, worrying about the future and holding on to our fears.

St. Faustina discovered that Jesus desires complete trust from us—not only in moments of clarity, but especially in times of uncertainty. Trusting Him means surrendering control and believing that He is guiding everything for our good.

This Lent, let us place our worries in His hands and learn to trust Him more deeply each day.

Ask Yourself: Do I truly trust Jesus with my worries and fears? What is one area of my life I find difficult to surrender to Him? How can I grow in trust today?

Pray: Jesus, I trust in You. Help me to surrender all my fears into Your loving hands.
