This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.
Day 2: Today Jesus says to you: “The greater the sinner, the greater the right he has to My mercy.” (Diary, 723)
Today, do not run from your weakness. Bring it. Jesus is not surprised by your struggles. He is moved by them. He told St. Faustina that those who feel most broken are closest to His compassion.
Stop replaying your past mistakes. His mercy is larger than your worst day. Lent is not about proving you are good; it is about allowing Him to be merciful.
Ask yourself: Am I holding onto guilt that Jesus has already forgiven? Am I showing the same mercy to others?
Prayer: Lord, let Your mercy reach the deepest part of me and help me to be merciful at all times.
Share this with a friend and invite them into today’s two-minute encounter with Jesus.
