Day 17 of 40: Daily Encounters with Jesus

Mar 9, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.

Today Jesus says to you: “My Heart rejoices in this title of Mercy.” (Diary, 300)

Jesus reveals something beautiful about His Heart: He delights in being known as merciful. When you approach Him with trust, repentance, or even simple honesty about your struggles, His Heart rejoices.

The world often celebrates strength, achievement, and success. But Jesus rejoices when mercy transforms a human heart. This Lent, allow His mercy to shape the way you see yourself and others.

Ask Yourself: Do I approach Jesus with confidence in His mercy? Can I allow His mercy to shape my actions today?

Pray: Jesus, help me trust in Your merciful Heart.
