St. Peter’s Pontifical Institute Launches Extension Course for 2025-2026 on Synodality and Faith

Bangalore, June 28, 2025: St. Peter’s Pontifical Institute in Bangalore has announced its Extension Course for the academic year 2025-2026, inviting both religious and laity to embark on a spiritual journey under the theme “Pilgrims of Hope: Discerning the Synodal Path… ‘For we walk by faith, not by sight’” (2 Corinthians 5:7).

In a world facing rapid change, uncertainty, and complex challenges, the Church calls its members to journey together as pilgrims of hope, discerning the path of Synodality with faith and courage. Inspired by St. Paul’s words, the Institute aims to deepen participants’ trust in God’s guidance amid the unfolding mission of the Church.

The programme places strong emphasis on walking together in communion, participation, and mission. Participants are encouraged to listen attentively to the Holy Spirit, to one another, and to the signs of the times, nurturing a renewed spirit of hope and transformation.
