Jesuit Nivas Karnataka to Host Vocation Camp for Youth in Karnataka

Bangalore, May 3, 2025: The Jesuit Nivas community, under the Karnataka Jesuit Province, will be conducting a vocation camp titled "A Day with Christ" on May 11, 2025, at St. Joseph's Boys' High School, Bengaluru. The camp is designed to inspire young boys to consider the priesthood.

The event will offer a full day of spiritual and recreational activities, including Holy Mass, interactive sessions with priests, engaging discussions, and a variety of competitions, with attractive prizes for winners. It is open to students who have completed their 10th grade exams up to degree level.

The event will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will provide a unique opportunity for those interested in priestly vocations to interact with Jesuit priests and engage in meaningful spiritual experiences.

Parish priests across Karnataka are encouraged to identify interested candidates, register them, and appoint a coordinator who will accompany students from their parish to the camp by May 7, 2025.

Participants are requested to bring a letter from their parish priest and to dress modestly for the event.
