Dudhi-Sonbhadra, October 28, 2025 — The 18th annual Spiritual Satsang and Procession Festival at Our Lady of Graces Shrine, a diocesan pilgrimage centre in Dudhi, Uttar Pradesh drew more than 1200 pilgrims in a profound celebration of faith and devotion.
Led by Bishop Louis Mascarenhas of Allahabad, along with Fr. Reginald D’Souza, Vicar General, and Fr. Titus Lobo, Parish Priest, the festivity included a solemn Marian procession through the town of Dudhi. The adorned statue of Our Lady of Graces was carried reverently through the main streets, accompanied by clergy, religious, seminarians and lay faithful, as hymns and prayers filled the city.
The Holy Eucharist was concelebrated by Bishop Antonis Bara of Ambikapur, together with Bishop Mascarenhas and priests of the diocese. Civil authorities ensured full cooperation and security throughout the pilgrimage gathering.
The annual festival once again stood as a powerful witness of faith in the region — a tradition that continues to be nourished weekly through the Wednesday Mass in honour of Mother Mary at the shrine.
