Nov 1, 2025: To the Courageous, the Dreamers, and the Seekers of Gen Z,
It’s All Saints' Day, and we all crowded into the biggest group chat ever just to send you a message. Firstly, we want you to know that we hear you — every joy, every struggle — and we’re constantly praying for you. Howeve, we know what you’re probably thinking when you look at our lives: you see our statues and imagine we’re serious, extraordinary beings, far from the world, living perfect lives. But that’s not us. Hear us out!
Let's clear this up first: Sainthood isn't being captured in fancy books, movies, or tapestries. It’s for everyone —available right now, right where you are. Sounds almost impossible, right? So, what is it really?
It’s definitely not being perfect. Here’s the deal: We were messy, folks. We failed, we got angry, we doubted, and we messed up—sometimes in huge, public ways! Need proof? St. Augustine basically invented "next year's resolution" when he prayed, "Grant me chastity, but not yet!" (Seriously, we laugh about that now.) St. Peter was so stressed he denied Jesus three times in one night. And St. Jerome? A brilliant scholar, yes, but with a notorious temper. We suffered, we struggled, but we clung to God’s mercy. Sainthood isn't about never tripping; it’s about letting Christ’s love pick you up every single time.
Here’s what you have to remember: your job isn’t the point—YOU are. Being a saint is the big goal, and your career is just where you build the skills. God isn’t checking your LinkedIn profile or scrolling through your Instagram. We can talk about our dear friend, St. Ignatius of Loyola, who went from soldier to saint after a bad leg injury. Talk about a career change! If he could turn a battlefield defeat into a spiritual win, then you can find holiness right where you are in your everyday tasks.
Even St. Zélie Martin, a successful business owner, worried about bills and deadlines just like you worry about tuition or rent. Your life isn't a distraction from holiness, it’s exactly where holiness happens.
But I know what you're thinking: "It wasn't the same back then! Life is so fast-paced now, and the pressure is constant." You're right, the mess is different. We see the celebrity worship, the endless content, and the constant need for external validation. It looks exhausting, honestly.
We’re calling you to tune out the noise and ditch the Audience of Thousands: Don't live for the approval of a crowd that is constantly posting and judging. Live for the Audience of One. St. Thomas More refused to compromise his faith for the most powerful king in England. He lost his head, but gained eternal freedom. The world saw a loss, but we can tell you: he is having an absolute blast in heaven!
You, yes you... already have the strength inside— you just have to choose the Audience of One. Beyond the cool facades, we know that this generation is hungry for the truth, not just any truth but the truth that is God!
So be courageous and bold in your faith, and we've always got your back!
Here's the good news: you don't need to quit everything tomorrow to get started. And seriously, not all of us were in the miracle business. Sure, guys like St. Peter raised the dead—and trust us, we still have a good laugh thinking about the shocked look on his face the first time it actually happened!
Jokes apart, sainthood happens in small habits. Your lifeline is prayer, and honestly, it’s not always easy. Even St. Teresa of Ávila struggled with distractions during prayer! But it is possible with Christ.
So, what does this look like in your daily life? It’s simple, tiny things that build up your holiness: just five minutes of quiet prayer to check in with Jesus, choosing to help a friend, or even doing the dishes without complaining—St. Thérèse of Lisieux built her whole legacy on these micro-actions, proving that small, constant acts of love are the ultimate power-up.
What awaits you here in Heaven is mind-blowing. It is a union with God so complete, a joy so profound, and a peace so perfect that we cannot possibly explain it. It’s the ultimate reward, the fulfillment of every good desire you have ever had.
Every act of kindness, every moment of genuine prayer, every sacrifice you make is an eternal investment. Don’t get too caught up in the temporary things.
We are praying for you constantly, cheering louder than any crowd you'll ever hear.
Go and be the Saints the 21st century needs. We are ready to welcome you home with the biggest group hug someday.
With all our love and intercession,
Your Brothers and Sisters in the Eternal Light.
P.S. Share this letter with your friends so they can join our crew ASAP!
