Career Guidance Session Ignites Aspirations at Prabodhan Vidyalaya, Ambatha, Mumbai

Ambatha, Mumbai, July 22, 2025 – On a vibrant July morning, Prabodhan Vidyalaya, Ambatha, became a hub of inspiration as it hosted a dynamic career guidance session aimed at students from classes 8 to 10. Organised by the Daughters of the Holy Cross, Mumbai, and managed by the Society of Jesus, Mumbai, the event welcomed an enthusiastic crowd of 300 students eager to explore their career paths.

The session was led by Mr Vijay, a veteran career counsellor from Dadra Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. Known for his engaging delivery and in-depth understanding of diverse career options, Mr Vijay held the attention of students throughout the session. His goal was clear: to empower young minds to make well-informed career choices amid the shifting landscape of modern opportunities. He addressed the psychological and societal pressures adolescents face today, offering practical guidance for navigating these formative years.

The event, held under the supervision of Sr Elisha, superintendent of the girls’ hostel, was charged with energy and enthusiasm. The atmosphere reflected the programme's aim—not just to inform, but to ignite inspiration. Students were encouraged to look beyond conventional career paths and to consider a wide range of opportunities that align with their strengths and aspirations.
